Accommodations (Long Prairie): 3 hotels in Sauk Centre; possible sleeping arrangements for some families in Long Prairie with local families (include in your RSVP if you want this); could set up tents at Mrs. (Grandma) Wiener but limited shower facilities (there will be running water (hoses) available and portable toilets).
The families in Long Prairie will provide meat, buns, salads, condiments, and other perishable items for the meals.
We ask that each family (from all locations) bring 1 dessert to share as well as for those traveling from Green Bay; Twin Cities; Blackduck, St. Mary’s to bring one of the non-perishable items below (please RSVP with what you are bringing) (if able):
500 Heavy Paper Plates and 200 Heavy Paper Bowls
Cups – 700+
Plastic Silverware – 500 Forks / 300 spoons / 200 knives
Chips – 30 bags (3 families 10 bags each)
Beverages – 4 large (gallon? Size mixes (lemonade, etc.) to mix in 5 gallon containers)
Baked Beans – 6 of one gallon size (2 for each meal) (2 families 3 cans each)
Sound system for sermons / conferences — does anyone have one?
Due to prior commitments and engagements Jack, the Seminary Chief-In-Charge Donkey of Seminary Critters is unable to attend.
